Do you take the dog waste away?
By default, waste is bagged and placed in your household bin. If you’d prefer it removed from your property, you can select the Waste Take Away add-on during booking.
How does monthly billing work?
Recurring services are billed monthly and cover all scheduled visits for that month, regardless of visit frequency (weekly, fortnightly, or twice weekly).
Do I need to be home during the service?
No — as long as we have safe access to your yard, you don’t need to be home.
Are your products safe for pets?
Yes. All deodorizing, sanitizing, and repellent products used are pet-safe when applied correctly.
What if my dog is in the yard?
That’s completely fine if your dog is friendly and secure. Please let us know during booking if your dog has any special considerations.
Can I reschedule or cancel a service?
Yes — we just ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any changes to your booking.
Do you offer one-off clean-ups?
Yes. One-off services are available and are perfect for inspections, move-outs, or heavily soiled yards.
