K9 Waste Unit

By booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services

K9 Waste Unit provides residential dog waste removal, yard sanitising, deodorising, and related services as agreed at the time of booking.

2. Access to Property

• The client is responsible for ensuring safe and clear access to the yard at the scheduled service time.
  
  

• Gates must be unlocked and pets secured if required.
  
  

• Missed services due to lack of access may still be charged.
  
  

3. Pets

• Dogs must be non-aggressive and appropriately secured if necessary.
  
  

• K9 Waste Unit reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if a dog poses a safety risk.
  
  

4. Health & Safety

• Clients are responsible for notifying us of any hazards on the property (e.g. broken glass, uneven ground).
  
  

• While care is taken, we are not responsible for pre-existing property damage or concealed hazards.
  
  

5. Weather Conditions

Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions such as heavy rain, storms, or extreme heat.

6. Waste Disposal

All waste is removed and disposed of responsibly unless otherwise agreed with the client.

7. Sanitising, Deodorising & Repellent Services

• Products used are pet-safe when applied as directed.
  
  

• Results may vary depending on yard conditions, dog behaviour, and weather.
  
  

• No guarantee is made regarding complete odour elimination or deterrent effectiveness.
  
  

8. Pricing & Payments

• Pricing is based on selected service frequency, number of dogs, and yard condition.
  
  

• Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.
  
  

• Payment terms will be communicated prior to service.
  
  

9. Cancellations

• One-off services must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
  
  

• Regular services may be cancelled or paused with reasonable notice.
  
  

• No lock-in contracts apply unless otherwise stated.
  
  

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, K9 Waste Unit is not liable for:

• indirect or consequential loss
  
  

• issues arising from pre-existing yard conditions
  
  

• actions of pets beyond our control
  
  

Nothing in these terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.

11. Changes

K9 Waste Unit may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
